MONDAY
Open desk
Everyone shows what they are working on for ten minutes. No slides allowed.
WEDNESDAY
Client sessions
Working sessions with clients, always with a shared screen and a running document.
FRIDAY
Studio time
Half a day for things nobody is paying us for: type experiments, tools, side projects.
ALWAYS
Written first
If it cannot be explained in a paragraph, it is not ready to be designed.
Careers
We hire about once a year
No open roles at the moment, but we always read portfolios from designers who like writing as much as drawing.
